Welcome to Kids in the Sky Early Learning Centre

Kids in the Sky is a family owned and operated business which has been part of the local community since August 2006. We provide education and care for children aged from 18 months – 5 years.

Our service operates 50 weeks a year, Monday to Friday from 7:30am – 6:00pm. 

Throughout the day, the specific dietary requirements of all children are met through the provision of three fresh, home-style, nutritious meals consisting of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.  Meals are prepared and delivered fresh daily to our service from Kids Gourmet Food. 

Our indoor and outdoor spaces are organised to support every child’s participation and engagement in quality learning experiences in both built and natural environments. Our classrooms are organised by age and/or the developmental needs of each child.

• Young Explorers : 12 months – 2 years
• Explorers : 2 years – 3 years
• Adventurers: 3 years – 4 years
• Discoverers: 4 years – 5 years

At Kids in The Sky we provide a safe, secure and nurturing environment where children are supported to become confident and involved learners. We work in partnership with families to ensure children’s inclusion and enhance their learning and wellbeing. The expertise, culture, values and beliefs of families are respected and used to bridge the gap between home and our education and care environment.

We believe in an inclusive play based approach that involves both child initiated and teacher supported learning, which is guided by the National Quality Standards and he Early Years Learning Framework. 

All Early Childhood Education and Care Services are assessed and rated by their own state and regulatory authority. Services areas assessed against the 7 National Quality Standards. We are proud that our service has maintained an “Exceeding” rating since 2015
